Among a diverse cast, winemakers include names such as Jean Trimbach, Peter Gago and Steve Matthiasson, plus sommeliers Madeline Puckette, Brian McClintic and Rajat Parr, among many others. Date: Monday, February 22nd, 2016. Start time: 8pm. To maintain an uninterrupted experience, the entirety of Eden Hill restaurant will be reserved for this event on the evening of the 22nd. Note: to ensure a substantive amount of each wine is poured per guest, seats for this event are limited to seven total. Just so there are no surprises, that equates to 3.5oz of each wine. While not requisite volume for one to get tipsy, it will definitely offer enough of a taste to gain familiarity with these top-echelon wines.
