The cuvée draws from parcels rooted in glacial gravels with sand and clay lenses, a profile that promotes strong drainage and moderates nutrient availability. Gently sloping terraces bring variation in elevation and exposure, and vineyard work is carried out with restrained inputs, detailed canopy management, and selective harvesting adapted to the area’s continental climate. Fermentation proceeds in stainless steel with maceration adjusted to the season’s conditions, followed by extended maturation in large neutral Slavonian oak intended to guide gradual structural evolution.
