Description
Brut Yellow Label half bottle from Veuve Clicquot is anchored in a house founded in 1772 and shaped by the leadership of Barbe Nicole Clicquot Ponsardin, whose emphasis on vineyard control and technical discipline continues to inform production. The blend is assembled from a broad network of chalk based parcels across the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Blancs, with each component evaluated through long term parcel mapping for its structural contribution. Vineyard teams focus on canopy balance and moderated yields, with harvest decisions aligned to preserving clarity in the base wines. Fermentation is carried out by individual lot in stainless steel, maintaining village and varietal distinction ahead of blending. Reserve wines spanning numerous vintages are integral to stabilizing the non vintage profile. Following secondary fermentation in bottle and a period of lees aging, dosage is adjusted to complete the cuvée. Within the Veuve Clicquot portfolio, Yellow Label functions as the primary reference for the house’s multi vineyard blending approach.
