Shipping and Returns Policy of Medium Plus LLC

1. Shipping Methods

Hard Goods: Free economy shipping is included for hard goods like wine openers and glassware. USPS First Class is our default carrier for free shipping.

Wine Shipments: There is a charge for shipping wine, using FedEx or UPS Ground for authorized delivery locations. Expedited shipping options are available and recommended for wine shipments.

Ground shipping rates for wine range from $25 for a single bottle to $60 for a case of twelve. 2-Day and other expedited services can be quoted upon request.

We use FedEx and UPS to provide the most appropriate shipping method for each wine order, and usually USPS for glassware and wine openers.

2. Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed with an estimated 1-day handling time before shipping. Items are typically delivered within 3-7 business days within the United States.

Most orders ship out from our Seattle cellar each week on Mondays. To avoid potential weekend transit delays, we usually avoid sending out orders later in the week.

Please note that actual shipment times may vary due to factors like order quantity and seasonality.

3. Shipping Wine

Due to state laws and carrier agreements, shipping wine may not be possible to certain locations. We may use UPS or FedEx depending on your specific location.

48 States: We do have the ability to ship across the United States, and most international destinations as well.

Exceptions include Utah and Mississippi, which are not authorized for alcohol shipping at this time.

Adult signature will be required for all wine shipments.

4. Local Pickup and Delivery

Customers in the Seattle area can schedule a pickup in Downtown Seattle, at our private wine cellar near the International District / Sodo.

Free direct delivery is available to homes and businesses in the greater Seattle area, with a requested minimum order value of $250.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our aim is to offer the best wine and cocktail products possible. If for any reason a purchase is not totally satisfactory, please contact us. We will gladly work with you to reach a satisfactory solution, including a refund or replacement as applicable.

Wine openers, accessories, corkscrews, and service tools are eligible for returns, if unused and with original packaging. Returns are not accepted for wine and other beverages. Requests for returns must be issued within 30 days of order submission. If needed, a return shipping label will be sent via email for digital download and printing. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This return policy applies to orders delivered within the continental United States.

6. Reporting Shipping Issues

Any issues like damages or shortages during transit should be reported to us immediately.

Claims for shipping issues must be made within 3 business days of receipt.

7. Restocking Fees and Additional Charges

A restocking fee of 20% may apply for returns. Details will be provided based on the specific case.
Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special handling.

8. Insurance Options

Insurance for shipped items is available upon request, for a supplemental charge.

9. Shipment Tracking

Customers will be provided with tracking information for their orders to monitor delivery status.

10. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

11. International Shipping

12. Legal Age Verification

Age verification is required upon delivery for wine shipments. We comply strictly with legal age requirements.

13. Shipment Terms

Shipments are made F.O.B. Seller’s shipping point. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Buyers are responsible for any claims for shortages or damages in transit, which should be submitted directly to the carrier.
Freight estimates are available upon request. Actual freight charges may vary and will be invoiced accordingly.

14. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

15. Address Changes

Contact us immediately for address changes, so that we can make any necessary corrections. Should a package need to be re-routed while in transit, we will do our best to work with you and the carrier to facilitate the necessary changes.
